Account and data deletion

Delete the sign-in account in the app

1. Open KDora and sign in.
2. Open Profile → Settings → Delete account.
3. Confirm the request in the app.

The in-app action deletes the authentication account. For posts, recordings, profile records and other associated data, send the request below as well.

Request deletion of associated data

Email jb9229@gmail.com from the address linked to your KDora account and write “KDora account and data deletion” in the subject. If you can no longer sign in, tell us the nickname and sign-in method so we can verify the account. Do not send a password.

We will review the request, remove associated account and service data except information that must be retained by law or to resolve a dispute, and confirm the result by email. Public posts may remain visible until this request is processed.

계정 및 데이터 삭제 안내

앱에서 프로필 → 설정 → 계정 삭제를 누르면 로그인 계정을 삭제할 수 있습니다. 게시물·녹음·프로필 기록 등 관련 데이터도 삭제하려면 계정에 연결된 이메일로 jb9229@gmail.com에 요청해 주세요. 로그인할 수 없다면 닉네임과 로그인 방식을 알려 주세요. 비밀번호는 보내지 마세요.

본인 확인 후 법령상 보관이 필요한 정보와 분쟁 처리에 필요한 정보를 제외한 계정 관련 데이터를 삭제하고 결과를 이메일로 알려드립니다. 공개 게시물은 요청 처리 전까지 보일 수 있습니다.
